An inactivity fee may be applied to accounts that remain dormant for an extended period as specified in our fee schedule.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services. Any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you in accordance with our withdrawal procedures, less any amounts owed to us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally before initiating formal proceedings.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Your continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
